Don't quote me on this, but I think Hammond makes only organs and as far as organs Hammonds are considered the BEST!!!

I own a hammond xk-3 and a Wurlitzer organ..........Now the hommands sound very good but there are a ton of different kinds of organs out there.......They all have individual unique sounds, but it all depends on what sound is good to you..........A lot of people are in love with hammonds but if I was to give anyone advice on the deal with organs period , I would tell them to look around and see what sounds good to the. Now I have friends that don't like the hammond b3 sound, so it all depends on what sound you like.......................

I have played all models of Hammond Organs and I love the older models.  When Hammond Organ went out of business, Suzuki bought the rights and created the digital models of Hammond organs.  They made keyboard, spinet, and full manual models.  The difference is these newer models have very high and low frequencies.  You will not get that rich, full, warm Hammond tone, but it will be very close.  Go on ebay to see whats listed for Hamonnds.
