I want every 1 to name yo top 3 (yes 3 not 4 or 5) drummers.. it can be local national or what every...if u have a clip of them can u post it...

Naming top three is very difficult coz I learn a variety of different things from various drumas...and I'm sure my lyst changes every now who my top 3 are...but for now, i'll say....

3) max weinberg yeah thats right, i said max weinberg. have any of you guys stopped to watch him play on conan o'brien? he is realy fluent with his playing and he is a monster on a four piece. he might not have the best chops, but he is relaxed when he plays and nothing seems to be forced which is where i want to be.......

1st Calvin Coon Napper (straight pocket but he can come out when he wants too and its straight crazy)

2nd Calvin Rodgers (impressed me with the Richmond "Kings Dominion" when he was playing with John and that brother went crazy on Rain on Us)

3rd Chris Coleman ( this guy is simply just too fast)

4th Marvin McQuitty ( nice move to Israel)

1. Shledon "DEE" Rogers (I'll put him up against anyone. My homeboy I've played with him for years. He currently plays for Greg Kelly formely of Slim and the Supreme Angels)
2. Calvin "COON" Nappers (Smooth all around)
3. Randy Logan (Not playing for anyone professtionally but play just like Calvin Nappers. I've played with him and he's awesome)

dennis chambers!!!!!!!!!!!(dude is booked till like 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)


lil john(played for many gospel artist as well as r&b artist,and he has been around for a while!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


chris dave(versatility at it's best and dude is never home!always playing!!!!!!!!!!!)he has done jus about every genre of music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just be happy for the brother,,,he's on his way just like all the other cats listed....they had a beginning too. Ilthough i do understand the need to understand history. I don't think their's nothing wrong with recognizing gifts and talents is it?
