Does anyone know who arranged/did this song "O Lord, We Praise Your Name" originally?  I got the chords from the web. I have heard it in our church over the past few weeks and when sopranos work this song, it is an experience that makes one happy to be alive to worship God.

RH (Treble)/LH (Bass) as in Bb/D
