That was some excellent drumming dude. Right now, I'm on this big kick about drummers playing tastefully and that was some very tasteful playing doc. Keep up the good work.

See man thats what I be talkin' about. You did a excellent job bro. See you kept it stickly pocket but still you did yo' thing. That's what I was talkin' about in the other forums. People can tell if you can play or not evan if you're strickly pocket. You can play. But still you stayed inside the pocket. EXCELLENT JOB BRO.

On that recording I used a standard size Premier Maple Kit (toms and bass drum); 12, 13, 16, and 22.  However, the snare was a 6.5 x 12 Birds Eye Maple Mapex Snare.  I also had a 10in jungle drum by Sonor to my left.  My cymbals were:

Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash 16in
Zildjian K Custom Ride 20in
Zildjian A Custom Hi-Hats 15in
Zildjian A Custom China 16in
Sabian AA Splash 6in
Sabian AAX Splash 10in
Sabian AAX Studio Crash 17in
Sabian AAXplosion 18in ( This cymbal has a deep R&B/Roots effect to it.)

I used Evans G2 Coated with G1's on the resonant along with the infamous Emad!  This recording was 2 years ago.

Brah you sound very seasoned...what also helps is being around nice cats...your bass player is ver nice. He makes the whole groove flow...and the Board player is not overplaying...can tell you guys have worked put some time in....

Gospodruma I love both Aquarian and Evans.  But, the reason I would go with Evans is because the Evans EMAD has many different ways of carrying a punch along with tone.  In addition, you can control the resonance of the Bass Drum with the muffling system.  In my bass drum which is a 22in, I fit a sort of flat pillow on the floor of the maple shell.  This along with tuning and mixing delivers one heck of a BASS DRUM 8) !
