Looking for the artist that sings this song, goes something like this

That is Bishop Larry Trotter and the Sweet Holy Spirit Mass Choir. The song is written by Vashawn Mitchell, I believe, who is their MOM. It's on the CD entitled "Next Dimension". It's a great CD
