I can't seem to get off because I'm afraid I might miss a good conversation! :lol: I feel like a little kid that won't go to sleep for fear of missing out on something. Bad thing is, I have to be at work @ 5! 8O Ok, I've GOT to go to bed now. It's already after 1030. LOL! Later GospelPeople!

Post by: psychopianoman on December 04, 2005, 09:57:55 PM: I can feel it, I caught the bug. I think I like it because I do not have any musician friends to talk about music to and it does not seem that there are many christians my age at church these days.

I get to feeling crazy without people to talk to. My church has around 300 and we tried a singles class and there were only a couple of people as there are no singles and all other friends are married.

Sometimes being a christian can be lonely.

Post by: expectations on December 16, 2005, 08:29:29 AM: Add me to the list, I am addicted also!!! When I first came to the site I was so amazed there was soooooo much to see and learn. I've found myself taking my entire conference break and logging on to LGM. I'm on it at least a total of 2 hours a day. That's only on the weekdays. :lol: Now the weekend and evenings it's a different story much longer. I love this site!!!

you'd think that some people's work was LGM as much as they're on here. shhhhhhh, i gotta run, my supervisor is coming... ;D

Yeah. 1 year and parole would still cost over $100 a month.

ADDICTED?!?!? Who mE??? Man, I can stop whenever I git ready!!! I stopped Monday bout 11pm, Tuesday bout 12 Midnight, Wednesday I stopped between 2 and 3 am (All I remember is wakin' up draped across da computa YIKES!!!?!?!? LOL) and, Um gittiin' ready to stop in a few minutes rite now! I jes' gat one mo thang I need to do! Well....2 mo and den dat's it!!!!! Well.....after I git da chords to dat song we gon' do dis Sunday...dat's it!!!!! OK.......I gat to have da words to dat Donnie McClurkin joint........and that will be it for the night!!!!! OOOoooops! I forgot! I need something for dat funeral they "axed" me to play fo'! Den I'm going to bed!!!! WAIT!!! I got to sing a solo Sunday...gotta find something...huh.....what.....uh........ I told you....I can stop whenever I git ready!!!!! I'll be ready as soon as........AW MAN!!!!! Dem folks gittin' married Saturday and I ain't gat dat song together yet!!! AS soon as I git da song...DAT'S IT!!!!!! Uh-oh...rehearsal is tomorrow!!!!! I need to work on something new...and DEN DAT'S DEFINITELY.......WHOA!!!!!!! Sis. Rosie "axed" me to play fo hus to sang a solo at da senior citizen center tomorrow! I'll work on "Precious Lord" and then go to ............AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's the first thing I do when I get up in the morning :-) then when I get to work I have to login to see what I missed. Then it's open all day at work so I won't miss nothing. Then i check it first thing when I get home and it's open all evening until I eventually crawl into bed.

It's becoming noticable to my hubby and 2 kids. But this site is really helping me as a musician and a christian in general. It's sooo nice to have fellow gospel musicans to talk to and who understand what I'm going through.
