Title: Help on pedals

I am a pretty good piano player for my church that is interested in playing organ.  I can play slow songs and even back the preacher up using left hand/right hand chords and even use left hand chords/right hand runs, but when it comes to fast congregational songs on the organ, I want to know what kind of bass line should I use with the pedals. Can you show me one?
