Title: How can I get my youth to participate in choir again?

I need some advice yall. We have tried almost everything to get everybody back. I'm running out of ideas.

Hello!  We had the same problem at my church in the past and we tried a number of things. The one thing we forgot to do was, ask a hand full of the young people why they didn't want to join. The answers were simple and we build on that.

Have a picnic or some sort of gathering with food and stuff and invite all the youth, then ask them why they don't want to participate? Some maybe shy or think they're not good enough. I think you will find your answers like the person suggested before me.
