Title: Re: M.O.M. Shout Out
Post by: P_music on November 18, 2005, 10:30:34 AM
Iam the M.O.M. of the Temple of Prayer Chrisian Fellowship Church in Dallas, Texas where the pastor is none other than my father Pastor Porter L. Perry. I am also the youth department president.

I play the keyboard (yamaha ex5), but I sometimes get on the organ. My younger brothers and I make up the core band, with my brothers on bass (22 yrs old), drums (19 yrs old), and organ(16 yrs old). We also have another brother who plays trumpet or flugle horn sometimes. In the past, I have drums, alto saxophone, and a little bass & lead guitar.

My church has a Praise Team, choir, and youth choir. I usually arrange/learn voive parts for each group. I also do the arrangements for the instruments, so I write out sheet music for horn parts sometimes. I have the Finale program, so it is easily done with midi. I think thats it.

Oops, I hit the wrong button. I meant to reply to the M.O.M. Shout-Out thread, not post a whole new topic. Lord Help Me!
