Do you mean "He Knows My Name"?  

"Take the Limits Off" is track 10 on disc 1.  Track 9 is "Not Forgotten (slow version)/He Knows My Name."

I agree... that song is anointed... infact i would say it is highly prophetic...and on target for this season
