I'm                 going           to rest                                    on my journey
Em7 (-5)           Bb               Cm/ (+ higher octave) Bb          Eb Bb F

when i get home
Eb /(+ higher octave Eb) ( -lower octave F) F sus 4  ( C note) Bb sus4

I hope you can understand this I'm not 100% ;with writing down chords, but if it sounds like it when you play it holla back and i 'll fill it in complete OK!
