Title: Help me practice durning my practice sessions.

I find that I don't really practice during my practice session I either watch videos of others playing or listen to music.  It seems that I don't really put fingers to keys.  You may say "JUST DO IT" but I seem to be stuck in this cycle.  Please pray for my advancement and post whatever God leads you to share for that advancement.  God bless.

I know what you mean, but starting this year for me, I am writting down a practice schedule and trying to follow it.  I want to get a firm understanding of the basicas so I am starting from the beginning

Here are a few things I am "forcing" myself to practice (only for 10 or 15 minutes though, for now).
Chords:      Major& Minor
-All 3 inversions
   -chromatically
   -Circle of 5ths
   -Two hand inversions
      -Ascending
      -Descending
Scales:      Blues

4hisglory that sounds good to me, until I get comfortable in my own routine setting I'll use yours. Some of the things here I understand but could you break them each down for me, this way I'm right from the start.  I don't have to go back and relearn something the correct way later.  THANK.
