Is there any way to keep your wrists and arms from hurting while you play? :?
We have intense services so while Im sitting comfortable...my wrists and arms are cramping & aching by the time Im done.
Im trying to avoid wrapping my wrists while Im playing but if I must I will. 8O
Any help will be appreciated. :D

Hey, I had that too. Pains in my forearms, that is, a few things helped:
- try and keep a correct posture. Shoulders should be relaxed, hands forming a little cup in line with the forearm.
- turn the volume up! I used to play harder than I needed to to get heard
- service your keys, especially if they're weighted.
Some of it, though, is just a normal reaction of your body. After fixing the things above, I was back to normal.

Hi Unique! There have been times that the Praise and Worship during service at our church have gone on for a couple of hours or longer. What I found that helped me to ease the stress on my wrist and arms, was to simply lower my keyboard down just a notch. Just that small adjustment made a huge difference in my ability to play more comfortably for longer periods of time.
Try it and see if it helps you ... I hope it does ... Aloha from Hawaii, BroAllan
