I tried to play these chords as put here but they just don't sound to me like what I heard on this HWalker song. The implication is that what someone else hears in a song may not be exactly what you hear. Music is all too relative! I hear lots more minor chords in the song. An approximation of what I heard is offered below. Of course, this is only my subjective interpretation not a competition:
