Hey wus up I'm not new to this site I am with posting. Can anyone show me how to Post Pics From the net and from my own Documents. cause when i try to do it it does this......(http://)C:\Documents and Settings\Jamahl\My Documents\My Pictures\My Set up Feb 25, 2006.jpg

Open an account on a picture hosting site like photobucket or imageshack and upload your pics there first.

once you've uploaded your images to the host site then type in the address assigned by host site inside the IMG handles.
So it should look something like this:
"[img]" hxxp://your image url here/*/***** "[/ i mg]"
