Wus up everybody I recently startes using Headphones 4 Speakers on my gigs but then i been seeing drummers and other musicians that been using this in ear monitor looks kinda like an hearing aid. What is that? I thinks it's like a headphone but what's up I think Dave weckl uses it it's called the Shure in ear monitor or something.
-
yeah, i use the shure e5's,they have a sub in them, you might want to start off with the e2's?? they might be more in ya price range?? they run anywhere from 80 -100 bucks at most places.
-
okay what do you thimk is better the shure in ear monitors or the regular studio headphones and Why
-
that would be matter of preference???? some like headphones cuss they right on ya head, and they wont slip off, some dont like the in-ears cuss they slip out ya ear, i got mine fitted,so i dont have that problem, depending on the situation your in?? church?/studio??? i have a very very big church and we have our own mix box, so i can control what i want to hear and what i dont want to hear?? if ya church or situation is'nt that high tech, you may want to just get some regular headphones?/

...or you could stuff your ears with cotton balls. A pack of 50 usually cost only 2 dollars and some change.
