Hi Everyone(Anyone)

I don't know the name of this song or who sings it.  But the words go something like this:
      I command my soul to bless the Lord
      I command my hands to lift Him up
      I command my feet to leap for joy
Can somebody please tell me who sings this and if possible post the chords please.
