1. what do yall think of it ?? the big Cats seem to like it
2. If you had a choice, would you go with a real Hammond B3 or a Diversi ??
3. the New B3s sound tingy on the high ends- what do you think of the high pitches on the Diversi ??
whatever input advice would be appreciated - thanks and God Bless !

anyone ? ? ? ? Pleeeeeezze ???

I would stick to a hammond because it is the real thing. i have heard the diversi organ and dont get me wrong, it sounds exactly like a b3 but it lacks certain elements that make it like a b3. i seen a video where an organist (forgot his name) did a clinic at berkelee and he was playing a diversi. while he was playing, he turned the organ down using the volume pedal and you couldn't hear anything. if you did that on a b3, you would at lease hear something.

I played one...I didnt like it....I will have to stick to the real Hammond B3

thank you brethren I appreciate it.
someone PMed me and said there was 2 threads on this already. sorry , I am brand new to the forum. I will find the thread and dive into it .
nothing can replace the vintage I know but everytime we have to get it fixed it's like $1000 ! and a vintage B3 cost like 10-15 grand!
makes me wonder why the big Dogs are bragging on them so much- you think they might be getting a cut??? Hehe!!!! just a thought now !

The diversi is very hot, and is picking up momentum as we speak, but honestly how are you going to put down a B3 under any circumstance. I do think that the Diversis have an edge on those new portable Hammonds. I do not have any experience with playing a Diversi, but in listening I detect a little something extra in the bass; maybe its just me.

alright, I found 2 other threads on the Diversi topic thanks to someone giving me the heads up .
sounds like i will just stick to what we've got. we have a "72 hammond. it's good but I do like the '59-65 series better.
thanks for your input
