U can use this Progression which I call the "Basic Gospel Change". It can be used to help u stop transposing.

C/GCE
A/GCE
Ab/F#CE
G/FBbD
F#/EBbD
F/FAC then back to the C chord

After just go up a key untill u have went thru all of the keys
