Title: I have a question

Hey everybody! I just started my keyboard lessons and I have a question. I can't remember how to diminish and augment a chord. For example...a C MAJOR chord. How would I diminish and augment???

diminished is C-Eb-Gb
augmented is C-E-Ab

Correct me if i'm wrong LGM

to diminish you lower your third and fifth...to augment you raise the fifth

You gotta specify what kind of 7th you want, cuz there is more than one type of 7th chord.
