Thanks Sabe.

Just like Blaque said... people skills should be high on the list... especially if you plan on drumming in church anyway.

Who are you?

You post often, but I have no clue who you are. A little background info, maybe?

Peace unto you. Rest in VA (not my birthplace). Played drums all through school. Stopped after graduating (too many years off).  I have been chasing this music arena for 2yrs/4mos again. Focusing diligently, seeking knowledge and building discpline to be a master of this art.  LGM member since December 2004. Currently, playing for a local church backup drummer/Bass (1yr/4mos.)

It's good to know that there are cats out there that are willing to lend advice to others that are trying to go to the next level. That's what's up FOR REAL!! Also, if you have no people skills how can you work with.......well........PEOPLE? Makes too much sense for some cats. I sometimes wondr how some people get gigs with their foul attitudes......It still pays more to "humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God that HE may....".....yall know the rest!!
