hey these are the chords i found to it posted already by some one before! they posted it in Ab but the song is originally in A but if you need just manually transpose!!! hope this helps!!!

Well maybe it is the same song. My praise team only sings the "Im in love with jesus and hes in love with me part". Then, " I love u lord......I love u lord, I love u lord part.
