A Pastor decided to take a Sunday off and go golfing instead. He drove to a far course, to avoid meeting any parishiners. When St. Peter saw this he went to God, "You are just going to ALLOW him to get away with this?!" "Don't worry. I've got it under control," God replied calmly. Soon, St. Peter was watching the Pastor's game. By afternoon he had made a perfect score. A hole in one every single time! St. Peter was absolutely furious, "God, you said you would handle it and he got a perfect score! Tell me, how is that punishment?!" God smiled and said, "Tell me, who is he going to tell?"

I remember being in revival and the preacher got into his hoop mode and somehow, someway, he leaped off the floor onto one of the tables :o That was a pretty big jump. :D

One of the praise team leaders were screaming during the praise and worship set, and she snapped her head back and her wig fell off.....

One Sunday at an afternoon service, this girl was tryin to walk down the side steps in the choir stand. somehow she tripped and fell from the top step and rolled all the way down and totally disrupted service. it wouldnt have been so bad, but the church was packed to the brim and the pastor was talking when she fell. he stopped what he was saying midstream to see if she was ok, then announced to church that she was ok. its took ALL of my strength not to laugh

On another occassion while worship service was going on, a man walked into the church and interrupted the sermon and said he needed prayer. So the preacher told the man to come up in the pulpit and stand with him and pray. So while the preacher was praying the man kept interrupting saying: "everybody rise" then he started singing "Amazing Grace" and once again said "everybody rise" Come to find out, he was a tad bit drunk. It was cool though because he still knew that he needed prayer.

One time an Evangelist couldn't wait his turn to preach. He was sitting there going, boy when I get up, I'm gonna tear this place up!!!!! Well, his time came and as he stood up he stumbled forward and fell under the pew. The deacons had to pull him out and he humbly reached for the mic and just said, "God bless you" and took his seat. Now you know it took all power from everrbody to not laugh.

many moons ago...

my pastor (when he was a co-pastor) got so excited and was dancing around, crazy in the spirit, that he had some kind of attack...and the ambulance had to come and take him to the  hospital.

He was aiight though.

there was a video clip a while ago of a man that was singing sumthin terrible, trying to scat and such. i know that is not one of my personal experiences but it is one the funniest i have ever seen.

Me and my friends still laugh at that one.  He was a mess!  I think I have the link somewhere.

One night at bible study, the Pastor decided that we should attempt to sing a new song. Unfortunately, no one in the church (including the pastor) can sing except me and maybe 2 other people. It sounded a HOT, BOILING, STEAMING MESS!!! Out of no where the Pastor stands up and says... "Hold it, hold it. Wait a minute. We need to go on to something else 'cause this ain't for y'all. (trying to sing) "Come over here to stay Lawd".

It's the honest to God truth. My pastor will sing in every key on the same song. And don't let her be the one to start it off, my, my, my. Not saying that the voices are COMPLETELY jack up, but most of them are EXTREMELY tone deaf. By the way, my church is very small, about 30-35 members right now. If you sound a mess, you stick out like a sore thumb, or should I say if you CAN sing you stick out. LOL
