Title: Does anyone have the chords to Great is thy Faithfulness?

I don't know who sings it, and I don't know all the words to the song so you'll know what song I'm talking about.  But it starts off,

It sounds like you are looking for "Lord You Been So Faithful". I think the artist is Eddie James. It was put out a few years ago.

Part of the song:

"Lord You've Been So Faithful" is the correct title however, I checked the site that was given and I couldn't find it either. It has a whole lot of other songs though. Thanks for the link Long Fingers.
