That would be great if I was in England. Unfortunately for the World Cup, here in the USA, World Cup Soccer ranks down there with the Stanley Cup Hockey finals and Barbaro's surgery recovery.
I mean, it's the NHL Stanley Cup for crying out loud and it's being shown on the Outdoor Life Channel. Even the National Spelling Bee was broadcast on ESPN.

World Cup=Father's Day
I will never understand the hype about soccer. It is a bunch of dudes kicking a ball around. I feel the same about hockey. But, at least with hockey you get a good fight out of it every now and then.

You can't say that. I believe that, here in the UK, an appropriate punishment for the statement above is stoning and/or dismemberment. ;)

I played before, for approx 4 years with a Leage here called Soccer on The Hill, but as for watching, Ive never been a fan. Maybe live, not on tv. Id like to have seen Pelle in his heyday, but thats about it

Soccer isn't big in the U.S.A. even though its the biggest sport on the planet. I am definetely interested (as long as the US is in it :) ) We've come a long ways in the past 20 years).
