I wish I could help you out Val, but I haven't heard this song before. I don't even got the new Donald Lawrence yet, i think they should sell it all as one CD, then maybe I'd buy it.

Yes it does modulate to Eb...I belive I have the movement...I just hope it's right LOL! it's some strange chords they do on there.
