Please get Myles Munroe's book on the Power of Praise.  Take your time and read and underline.  I think it is quite good for getting the nitty  gritty without getting academic and schorlarly.

I too agree with this.  I've ordered it for my entire P & W team.  They all agreed to read and study it.  I've read it! (Reading it again)  It's great very educational for the team.
