Does anybody have the chords to why did he do it? It's an old song and I don't know who sing it but some of the words are

God sent his son, His son gave his life, he died on the cross so my soul wouldn't be lost, Stretched his hands wide, pierced him in his side, blood came streaming down, on his head he wore a crown. 
Why did he do it, he didn't have to go through it why did he do it, He did it to save to save my soul.....
