How about this: Do you know how to play a fast song? From the 1 to the 4 then the 5? Back to the 2_5_1....if you do....

YOU HAVE YOUR PREACHING CHORDS!! :o
Just break them up at key points of the preaching, it's like a song, you have the 1, 4, 5, m2, m6....not in that order, but that's what you work with!
