Title: Lord Make Me over- Tonex

I know that this song has been posted before, however, those chords are all chorded by the same person and the bassline just does not sound right to me. Does anyone have another version posted by someonelse, or can someone please share your chords with me. Thank you in advance for you help! Be Blessed!

Ab-Ab/C-Eb-Ab Lord
Bb-Bb/Db-F-Bb make
C-C/Eb-Ab-C me
Db-Db/Eb-Ab-C Ov
Eb-Eb/Eb-GB-Bb Er

Db-Db/F-Ab-C-Eb make me
Eb-Eb/Eb-G-Bb Over
F-F/F-Ab-C or E-G-A-C Again I mainly use the second chord toward the end
