Alright, this is the Organ Chords Room, my new home away from home.   ;D.

Let's list our favorite chords!

Here's one of mine.  Great as a passing chord to get to an F or Eb.

Bb/Ab-D/F-Ab-C-D

My most favorite chord of all time is the fully diminished 7th chord.  I'm not sure how u would play that on the organ, but here is an example of it:

formula: 1-b3-b3-bb7  (C-Eb-Gb-Bbb)

This is more of a Movement:

Ab/Ab-D/F-Bb-D

G/G-Db/G-Bb-Eb

Gb/Gb-C/Eb-Ab-C

F/F-B/F-Ab-Db

So basicaly you're taking the tritone in your Left hand and going down half steps,
while playing fourths in your right(BbMaj, EbMaj, AbMaj, DbMaj, etc.)

You're really just playing 7th Chords.

Ab-D/F-Bb-D     Bb7

G-Db/G-Bb-Eb   Eb7

Gb-C/Eb-Ab-C   Ab7

F-B/F-Ab-Db     Db7

I like to use this substitution in place of:

   EbM7 -> Bb/D   (I -> V/VII)

Try:

   EbM7(add6) -> D7(#5#9)  or D13(b5)   (I -> VIIalt)

Played as:

   Eb / G  C / F Bb D
   D  / F# C / F Bb D    or   D / F# C / E G# B D

MY fav chord progression.  I do it in all keys.  I got it off of 'Victory' and a bobby jones show where soundcheck did it, I just put my own spin on it

C/E-Bb/Eb-Ab-C
Db/Gb-Ab-B-Eb/Gb-Bb-Db-
D/Gb-C/F-Bb-D
Eb/A-Db/Gb-b-Eb
E/Gb-Ab-B/Eb-Gb-B
Gb/Eb-F-Ab-Db/F-Gb-Ab-Db
A/Gb-Ab-B-Db/E-Gb-Ab-B    (Throw a Eb on top if you can stretch!)
Ab/Gb-Bb-C-F/Gb-Ab-C-Eb-F

Also off that Eddie Howard is a movement that Twinkie does alot.  He didn't spell it out, he just did it.  But thanks to that midi keyboard on the screen and a slow-motion button I got it!   :D  :D  :D

-/G/Eb-Bb
-/Gb/D-A
-/G/Eb-Bb

 l
 l
 l
V

-/Eb/Bb-G
-/D/A-Gb
-/Eb/Bb-G

 l
 l
 l
V

-/Bb/G-Eb
-/A/Gb-D
-/Bb/G-Eb

It takes a little while to master, but it sounds real sweet.  :)  You're basically rocking back and forth between an EbMaj and a DMaj.  This is a classic Twinkie movement.
