I'm 16 and i am about 2 become the minister of music at my church in august. i played the bass at church but now that our organists is leaving for college, i hav to step up to the learning curve quick. I actually started on the drums, the piano, then bass, and never really perfected any of them.
During these past 3 years, i have watched him struggle with the choir at rehersals and sumtimes even on sundayz(this is mainly because he's family) and they felt az though they could do az they please.
I am also Family but i don't want to have to stress myself out like he did jus tryin to get them to be queit during rehersal so any help would be appreciated.
