i love your style brotha!!!  Did you layer at all?  It sounds like you laid down the groove then you solo'd on top of it.  Or am I completely off bass?

what kind of axe you weild?

For some reason I haven't been able to listen to the whole thing yet. I think there is something fishy with my connection.

Wow Six...had to say though.  I knew you were going come with a little rush at the end.  Did you use a fretless or do you have gear that gives you the sound.  I make a nice contrast for you bassline.  I'm missing that in my own projects.  I would be nice to jump your bass line and do a little soloing of my own.  My language is not as expansive as yours yet but like Grover Washington told GV...everybody has something to say.  Better believe I'm going to transcibe some of those lines and add them to my repetoire.

Nice work man...nice work
T.J.
By the way...if I get station in Las Vegas we'll have to hook up.

Maybe TorontosFinest will post something this time!

I think he's skerd. I don't buy the "how do I record my bass" excuse.

Canadians!

Hey !! thanks all for the feedback.  i tried cakewalk "Guitar Tracks"  instead of Audacity this time , it seems to track better and it has some cool effects. I used delay to make the solo part sound like a fretless.

thanks again.................peace.

Yeah I'm using Garageband, cuz it came with the computer.  Eventually, I'll upgrade to something else.

are you using the radio shack thing to input to the mac?

Yeah, I got a 1/4' to 1/8' jack converter and inserted into the input on my mac.  when I set up my tracks, I just select mono so that I can get a full sound instead of stereo.  with this setup stereo only plays out of one side.

I really liked this one. One thing though, those pops really seem out of place. I'd love to hear a mix without them! I dig though!
