I played one in jazz band in junior high. It wasn't that bad.

my church currently has a remo piccolo snare i used to like it back when piccs were popular lol now i kinda faded away and i pop my pork pie!!!!! for life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahaHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA MMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHEHEHEHEH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.......
yeah remos are good snares from my experience

remos are pretty cool. i remember seeing modern drummer magazine do an article on them and the different sizes. i actually played and they are pretty cool. i think i saw questlove use one a minute ago.

I got a remo set so i would love to get a hot remo snare. They dont sell them at gc and i dont want to order one online, takes too long and i want to see and test one in real life

I had a remo piccolo at my church for about three years, it was a good snare but once it broke down, there was no place that had parts for it, so we scrapped it and play with a nice big ole 6"x14" :-)

yeah, remo snares realy don't sound like any other ones because they are made of acoustican which is basically a fiberglass material. my buddy used to be endoresed be them but he stopped because he miised the sound of wood.....their piccolos do project though....
