Title: We Declare War

Hey I was listening to We Declare War by Kurt Carr and the bass player is awesome but I think he's using some kind of effect on his bass.  Do any of yall know what he's using.  If you havent heard the song you should listen to it.  The drummer is bad too

Speaking of War... Check out the bass player on James Hall's We are at War. I think either Reggie Young or his brother Grant Hall played bass. James' has classical background as well as crazy gospel roots so the lines in that song were definately rough. I started trying it out this week, my forearms are still hurting. Maybe you should check it out.    This is the title track of the album.
