The youth directer at my church has not been dooing well since resently im praying for him, but for the past year and a half our youth department has been wavering, im really feeling it for the youths of my church i know i might be next in line for his position but im not ready for it, i need help praying for him. I help him out allot what need is some advise to help out our youths yogether in order to get some youths in the church. What woul you tell your youth leader or what advice woul you give him/her ?
