i'm cannot figure out what exactly the bass player for iserael & new breed is doing for you are good, on the new cd alive in south africa.
i already know the basic way. but i want it to sound like the new way that they revised it..

This song is in our rotation. I understand where you are coming from but I concentrete on sounding like me.

when i went on youtube and looked that song up i found several ppl playing it. each one has their own flavor with it, but if you watch closely you can pick out the basics of the bass line.

That song is my home churches rotation as well. My advise to you is to make it sound like you and not like Terrance Palmer (I think that is who is playing that bass line). But anyway, just relax and make it your own. God gives you the glory for being YOU and not for your imitation of someone else. JMHO :)

If you were to sub for Terrance Palmer, I don't think Israel would expect you to play the song the same way.  He'd probably be expecting you to come with a new take on the bass line.
