I have further got myself sorted financially by consolidating ALL my bills with my bank.
I originally wanted to clear just my overdraft ($1000NZ) & credit card ($2000NZ). But, long story short, I had over $40kNZ worth of loans (with varying interest levels 23-33%) reduced to a single loan $30kNZ (at 16.25% flat rate).
So previously I was paying out about $13~1400NZ a month to 4 different loan companies & a bank. Now I pay one bill of $800NZ on a 5 year term @ 16.25% interest. That's $500NZ coming back to us every month! PRAISE GOD!
Also tonight, My wife & I sat down with my bank & have applied for life insurance, (for myself, we forgot my wife's documents) paying $25.00NZ a month for about $250~kNZ. Next week we are sitting down with the bank again to see what we can do for her life insurance & setting up child account for my son.
Once again, THANKS TO ALL THE LGM FINANCE GURU'S & 4HisGlory & ReddGirl!!! God definitely had a purpose for you to be able to make a change in my little family's lives financially.
GOD BLESS!!!
ATTN PLAYHEAR: Thanks for email advice & I know you didn't get back to me (via PM) but you were right (from the beginning) that I should share this with everyone. I really hope this encourages more LGMers to just go out on a limb & trust God with your finances.

This testimony made me happy for you... So many times people take things for granted that are written on this site--not knowing everything that is written just MIGHT affect someone’s life. Good for you playa and remember to God be the Glory... Now, what about that $20 you owe me

I am jumping up and down with JOY! I am so proud of you. I heard a wise preacher say the other day "When you pray for help, God is not going to take over but you have to make a choice to DO something," "He helps you once you make a choice and GRACE steps in..it get easier to make the right choices because he helps you and graces you to make things happen"! KEEP on and you should truly celebrate what you have accomplished. I thank God for you!

Great Testimony! Lets you know God is in the blessing business but we must get up off our butts and do the work and make the changes...
MAy God Continue To Bless You as you keep the FAITH and do the WORK!!!!!!

Glad to hear it, bro, I’m glad I could help.
By the way, I see a few older folks (70+) on an everyday basis who have so much knowledge. Unfortunately, they'd rather take their knowledge to the grave than pass it along to someone like me. They're miserable. I never want to be like them. You shouldn’t either. Each one teach one.
