It could b C#...and if so the first group the chord was B/Bb Db Eb Gb.....try this 2 make it phatter...BEbGb/BbDbEbGb
-
the way i make my chords patter is by findin the left hand chords and a wat that i do that is......if the chord is Eb/GbBbDb.....i will hold the Eb and go down every note until i find half a chord that sound right like ..ex. EbGb/GbBbDB....then i find a third chord for the left hand which will be a Bb...so the chords will be EbGbBb/GbBbDb.....u can phattin it up more by also playing the Ab along wit the GbBbDb..which wll be EbGbBb/GbAbBbDb.....try that out and hit me back with comments and fixes

thanks farmer. im going to try that. Bishop, could you please put those in key format. Thank you.

I dunno if this is what you're looking for but, I think you have a lot of options in trying to make these chords "phatter" I don't know if you mean by "phatter" that you want a more open sound or clustered sound, but a phatter sound for me personally would be to create some sort of dissonance. To put it simply, I put in a lot of my chords notes that are separated by half steps, so I would find ways to play these notes that are relative to each other by a half step right next to each other. So here's what I would do to your first chord, also I wasn't sure if you wanted to keep the same top note so I'll keep it:
#1
Bb/Ab Db Eb F--->Bb Ab C/Eb Ab Db F (open)--OR--Bb/Ab C Db Eb F---OR---Bb D/Ab Db Eb F
I hope this helps.

I'm gonna try some of these when I get on my board a little later..... ;D :D ;D

To post phatter chords are not that easy...it depends on so many variables. What is your melody? what song are comming out of? Slow tempo or fast? Just a few questions, anyway, here is what I was hearing. Hope this helps.
I'm not feelin' the (#2.) progression (need to hear you play it) so I changed it a little, if you are going to walk up the scale at least walk to the 3rd it takes you to the fourth. 1-4-5 then you can 2-5-1.; but I guess you can do other things, I'm just not hearing it right now. All in all nice arrangement.
