I had a terrible day at work. I stayed over three hours past my normal time, then had to stop at the store for my wife and two girls and make a couple of other stops. But when I got out the car and went to my mail box, there was a box that appeared to be holding a DVD. My wife had a friend over with her children, so I ran in, dropped the stuff in the kitchen and preceeded up stairs to watch MY new DFJ DVD. What a way to end my day. ;D All the drummers are jamming, but what blew me away was the audio. They mic'd the drums just right on the DVD. They are Sssssweeeeeet. The sound is awesome. I'm taking the DVD to choir rehearsal tomorrow night to let the band check it out on the big screens before the choir comes in.

My copy came in the mail last night. I really liked it. I thuroghly enjoyed it... ESPECIALLY Chris Coleman and Nat Townesley. Those cats are in my top 7. I was SCREAMING when Chris was playin!!! :o BAN-ANAS!! Nat is so tasteful. Its not even funny. Did you peep the fast swing? Priceless.
Ok cats... I'm gonna say this and I hope that I don't get flamed for it.. This is just my opinion.
Although I enjoyed the Shed Sessions DVD, this is the format that I thought that it would be. This years DFJ is what I was thinking the first Gospel Chops DVD would have been. DON'T GET ME WRONG!!! I'm not saying that I didn't like the Shed DVD. And I also understand that there were aparently budget issues that went into the making of both of these productions. I'm just making a comparison.
I hope this doesn't start a fight... :-[

No! No! I can't let you slide, man! It's blatantly obvious to me that you detest Shed Sessions, and everyone who participated! Man up and tell 'em why you mad!
