I saxophonist for years. Now my dad has become a pastor and is in need of a keyboardist. I have taken on that responsibility until someone more qualified comes along. I know chords and basic theory. What is the best way for me to practice on playing the keyboard? This is one of those churches that love to praise God, are there any basic shortcuts that I need to be working on (praise music/backing the preacher)?
