Title: stuck without lyrics and need them badly

Does anyone know the words to the song "I know I've been changed" by lashun Pace?
Please help and get them to me as soon as possible because my worship team wants to use it

Thank you very much for the words to the song.  That song has been in my heart all week.  It is a song I remember as a child.
