wats gd ppl?, ive got a 3GB video of tony royster at drummer live

do any of you know any software that i can get 2 compress it?

Microsoft MovieMaker (free download). Reduce the size down to streaming or web format. You can also use QuickTime Pro after you have reduced the size down and the cut the clip into sections. Then you can use SwishVideo (from http://www.swishzone.com/index.php?area=products&product=video) to convert it to a Flash swf which will be easier for everyone to see and the smallest file size. This is the format (flv) that is used on youtube.com .
