Title: You guys are alright!

I have been coming to this board for almost 2 months  now, and want to say that you guys make the board great.  Though there is the odd exception, the vast majority of you guys are knowledgeable, humble, and have a hunger to share ideas and get better.  That is refreshing when you have so many musicians that don't know much at all, and think its a contest.  So just to give some encouragement...keep on studying and practicing, and developing your sound guys.  And above all keep on sharing.  Remember, Iron sharpens iron.  If you don't share, contribute, accept constuctive critisism, and just want to hang around guys not as good as you for the ego trip, you won't improve.  Hang around guys that are better, and can quite frankly mop the floor with you....you will improve imeasureably.
