The first post was posted by using chord symbols. So if you saw...

such and such: C

that means to play the C chord in your right hand hand and the root note, C in your left hand.

If you saw some chords that were like:

such and such: C/A

that's a slash chord and how you read and play it is, that what's the left of the slash, in this case the C, that's the chord you play in your right hand, so you'd play a C chord. What's to the right of the slash is the bass note that's to be played in your left hand. You can read and learn more about slash chords by using google.com and typing in "how to play slash chords" for example.

The second post was to Joe Pace's "Be Glorified"...I didn't know you mean T.D. Jakes' song...sorry.

Hopefully this all helps you, if not, try using the information in the lesson and theory section located to the left of your screen or using a search engine. If you don't already have one, try to purchase a chord dictionary, progression books, and what ever other titles you think will be useful for you...because those books are a great resource for all musicians especially those just starting out.

Glad I could help you. One more thing I forgot to add, don't forget to invert some of your chords, if the chords do not sound right to you. Let us know if you hit a wall...okay...okay.

You're welcome, I'm glad I could help. One more thing...if the chords don't sound right to you...try different inversions of the chords.
