Wasup LGM this is your stepchild FlamTap. I had a question for you guys. One was can I get some suggestions on fills for some shout music? I've been playing and it's like I have nothing new as far as fills. It's like I'm being to repetitive. I need some idealology on that. The next question was, well I've been having back problems lately. I know it stems from how I sit on the set. I slouch over sometimes, I know that's bad posture. What I wanted to know was how can I sit on the throne without having back pain? Holla at me with your response.

Sit slightly above parallel / 90 degrees
By a wide motorcycle style throne that has a lot of cushion and is moderatley firm - Sound Percussion, Roc-n-Soc
Don't slump!!!!!
Keep your stomach/abs tight... shoulders back, chest up and out

The throne of back death will attack if we lack...

Just to add to what Sabe said, look at clips of Nathaniel Townsley behind the kit. He has excellent posture behind the drum kit. He looks both relaxed and intense at the same time. Note that his back always remains straight, even during cross stick patterns, which is when drummers tend to get out of posture most often.
