I like that... that's real nice...
I like the way he talked about how the donkey probably felt MIGHTY good at the reception HE thought was all for HIM...
By the way, I tell my choir and praise team concerning selections "I'm in the front seat but I'm not the driver"... translation... our song selections are subject to change without prior warning...

That's a good article. I will be honest. I am going through the toughest time I have ever had to go through in my ministry right now. Dealing with character issues within the team has been exhausting. I have tried to teach them and to set the example, but some of them just aren't getting it. I am a little frustrated. But I know that what is happening will make me a better leader!(if I can just make it through!)

This Worship Pastor named David Watts has information that will be a GREAT help to you. He is a teacher at the Seminars4Worship classes...
His website is www.northway.org (http://www.northway.org) go to the worship section and click on conference resources. He has a worship team covenant, he also has how he selects singers for his worship team/band etc...
PLEASE check this out. Their organization is IMPECCABLE!

Thanks, sjon. My favorite point was "Sometimes we're at our best simply because we spent quality time together." I'll definitely remember that one with my new choir. :)
