...  Man Chris Coleman was talking to us about how he had to go through the Advanced Funk Studies book and how every drummer should do the same to establish a good foundation.  I have the Anniversary DVD and it's great.  I love it!!! Thanks for the reminder. 8)

forget CALVIN i wanna play like RICK...lol..naw but for real man i love the lil funk grooves..they teach so much disipline...
