Title: Any opinions on this book?

I found this book--Passing Chords, Turnaround Chords, And Endings - Black Gospel Piano--on ntimemusic.com.  Has anybody ever used it?  Is it any good?

You are; and if the two examples, on the page, are any indication of what's inside the book, I'm going to love it.  ;)
