I don't know which is more massive, the drumset or the cymbal collection. I guess you can never have too many cymbals. That crash hanging out there over the ride just baffles me. It looks like a sore thumb so far out there.
-
Yes sir, that is the same set Big Mike used for the Youthful Praise concert too in B-more.. Hot, Hot, Hot!! Stay Blessed, Nate J.
-
who does he think he is....?all those cymbols...all those shields..
-
Hmmm... What model is the Gibralter stand? I didn't think their hihat stands were particularly good.
Am I missing something? ?/?

I'm sure it's the Liquid HiHat

:o :oYea that set is a sight to see!

...thanks Jkay. That's just sick. That one crash cymbal off to the right needs to go back in the case.lol It looks like he just put that there because he didn't want to leave it in the bag. lol I wouldn't be surprised if he hit it twice.
...that's a hott kit though. I guess my question to him would be, "Why the Pinstripes" ?/?

Is that the name of the stand?

He took these pics during rehearsals before the Israel recording before Evans sent him the EC2's, he got them a couple of days later, so thats why he had those sorry Remo pinstripes on the kit...

Hey Sabe, what line from Sabian carries the Liquid hi-hats???
-
Is that the name of the stand?
Yes. Gibraltar's Liquid Hi-Hat Stand product number is 9607MLLD.

He was referring to fretai03's post, which asked what kind of hi-hat stand was in the photograph, not the cymbals themselves.
On a side note, there is a Liquid Ride, and that's in the Signature Series, but no liquid hi-hats (yet).

...what!? So he went from Pinstripes to EC2's?? That's just crazy. I would have that kit with Clear Emperors over Ambassadors or Clear G2's over G1's. Oh well, I'll have to hear 'em on the new recording.

Ahhh... I figured I was missing something. I might give Gibraltar a serious look now. We can get their products quite easily here.
